Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026 (LossLens accounts)
In short
- Waitlist: we only collect your email address. If you create an account, we also keep the trades your MT5 robot sends, to analyse them.
- Accounts and trades are hosted in Switzerland (Zurich).
- No cookies, no analytics, no ad trackers on this website.
- Your address is never sold or rented.
- Your sign-up only counts once you click the confirmation link we email you.
- You can unsubscribe in one click from any email, and ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
Who is responsible for your data
Marko Stoisavlevic, publisher of LossLens, Switzerland. Contact: contact@losslens.app.
This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.
What we collect and why
Waitlist sign-up. Your email address, the sign-up date, the form you used (top or bottom of the page) and the language of the page, so we can write to you in your language. You first get a confirmation email: unless you click its link, you receive nothing else. This data is then used to send you the free analysis when it is ready, beta access, the founder offer and launch news. Legal basis: your consent, given when you sign up and which you can withdraw at any time. Giving your email is optional: without it, you can browse the whole website; you simply won't get our emails.
LossLens account. Your email address, your password (stored encrypted by our provider, never readable by us), your plan, your robot key (kept only as a hash) and the trades the robot sends from your MT5: MT5 account number and server, symbol, side, volume, prices, stop and target, result, fees, and the candles around each trade. This data is used only to provide your analysis. Legal basis: performance of the contract (the service you ask for). It is kept for as long as your account exists: you can delete all your trades from the app, and your account on request.
Messages sent to contact@losslens.app. Your address and the content of your message, to reply to you.
Technical data. Like any website, the host keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, page requested) to run the website, keep it secure and filter spam. We don't use them to track you.
LossLens never asks for your trading password. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out on your data.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools. If you sign in to the app, your browser keeps your login session, your settings and a copy of your trades (browser local storage): this is required for the app to work, and nothing is shared with third parties. Fonts are hosted on the website itself: your browser contacts no third-party service other than the host. If this changes, this page will be updated and your consent will be asked before any non-essential cookie.

If a new provider is added, this page will be updated first.
